I love the bracelet/watchband. It was looser on my wrist than I preferred. I remembered that when I first opened the package there was a card inside that said, if any concerns or needs arise, to contact seller directly at the given email address. So….I got out the card - because I saved it - and I wrote an email to the seller. The seller took about 7 days to respond - though it was Thanksgiving week so I was patient. The seller is making and sending a smaller bracelet for me at no charge. Now that’s service! Any way ya slice it, it’s five stars from me! Oh and seller wrote me when they shipped the new bracelet and gave me tracking info. Uhhhhh 5+++ stars! Update::::: I wanted to update my review and rate this seller as a 10+! Once my new bracelet was shipped, the seller emailed me to let me know and gave me an estimate of when to expect delivery. I received the watchband within the expected timeline, and actually came a couple of days sooner than I had anticipated. The seller emailed me once again about two days after I received the band, to inquire had I received it. I responded by email to the seller that I’d received it and it fit perfectly! I wished them and their family happiest of holidays. The seller then replied to me saying how happy they were that it fit! They included that if I had any further problems or concerns to please contact them - and then wished me and my family a happy holiday season as well. I can not think of a time that I have received better customer service! It is a lost art in this world today, and it was very refreshing to have such a positive experience with this seller! I definitely recommend you get your beautiful watch band from this A+ seller! That’s all. : )

Easy on and easy off - very comfortable and looks great too

It doesn’t fit. I have very small wrists so I bought the smaller size, but it’s too big. Otherwise it’s a very nice beautiful watch band. I’m disappointed that it doesn’t fit my small wrist. It dangles like a bracelet and I don’t like that because you don’t get the health readings like you do if it fits tight..

Love the style and look but it's a little big. My watch spins around my wrist with this on. That being said, I'll still wear it and probably even order another one in a different color.

I loved it but too big for my wrist.

This company claimed they guaranteed their product for a year. I can’t even send a message because it keeps saying I have too many letters in my message. It’s rigged. The band is cute, but it stretches out very fast. Doesn’t seem like the company is going to guarantee anything. I definitely do not recommend. Unless the company gets back to me. Seriously doubt that’s gonna happen.

I like the band. It's very pretty but I should have gone with a medium not the small. I bought this band because a different band I had kept sliding around so I thought I should size down, but probably that band was just overall larger. I can wear this one, but by the end of the day, I'm ready to take it off.

Love the style of this band and was perfect at the start, but elastic stretched quite quickly making the band too loose. Ordered an xs but it was spinning around on my wrist within a few months
