Would this fit the Yukon 1.0?

I bought this pellet stove adapter for a Bonfire model stove. This will not fit the larger Yukon stove. I wouldn’t recommend the pellet adapter as it works poorly.

Can I simply leave the pellet adapter in the solo when burning regular size logs as well-would there be a downside to burning logs over smaller holes?

You can use the pellet adapter for log burning but you would get better air flow without it.

Can this be used with a 1.0 bonfire? First generation solo stove. No removable ash pan

Great accessory for the solo of you just want to pack a couple bags of pellets on a short camping or tailgating trip. It works amazingly well. I have a qstoves outdoor pellet stove and this thing smokes that at similar burn rates. Word of caution though, the solo stove puts out much more intense heat with pellets vs firewood and burns quickly (probably >5 lbs/hr in the ranger). Place your stove with that in mind vs where you may normally place it. I had to back up a few more feet.

der einsatz als pelletadapter wird zu meiner zufriedenheit voll erfüllt . zum entfernen der asche einfach den tragebügel in der mitte aufklappen und den adapter mitsamt der asche herausheben und ausleeren , natürlich erst wenn alles abgekühlt ist ;-)
