I bought this because of the reviews. I’m just speaking for myself because each individual has different type of hair, how damaged they are, etc. But I never see any difference after I used it. I followed the instruction to leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes. I’ll just stick to my favorite hair conditioner.

It works I’m just not a fan of the smell. I have super dry hair and use this in place of regular conditioner. I used the guacamole hair mask in this brand and I prefer that smell. This is too sweet with almond smell. But still 5 stars because it does work and the smell is easily covered by my other hair products. Although I don’t think I’ll buy it again but just because I don’t like that type of smell
