Great idea but fails to work
Firstly I do work in bathrooms and kitchens every day so I use caulk constantly. In tight areas this would be terrific because it is so much more compact than the typical gun. However I was not able to coax it work as intended or claimed. I tried it on various cardboard and plastic tubes with no luck.

Ugh..
I was super excited to get and use this caulk gun . Why...because I could fit it in my bag that I carry in and out of every job instead of the awkward one with the long handle in the back to depress the caulk that fits in no tool box or bag. but it doesn't work that great. It's pain in the ass to get your tube in.It splits it open with the little knife inside.As you squeeze trigger which is extra stiff and difficult tube comes out the back split.So if you have to take it out, you cannot use it in a different gun and you really can't store it because it's split open. Used it 2x went back to old big and bulky model.

I was hesitant to use this as other reviews I have read were pretty poor about this silicone gun but after using 3 tubes of standard roof and gutter silicone used in Australia I can say this is actually a pretty solid gun with no issues at all. It’s definitely different to use than your traditional silicone gun, the squeeze is tighter and when you get close to the tip the feel is different. Although you can’t spin the tube to get the right angle on the tip it makes up for it for being so short and easy to get into places. I would like to see the handles be a bit smaller and slimmer as they poke out more than your traditional silicone gun but overall very happy with this and we shall see if it lasts the test of time!
