I am using the e-book version and I am very pleased with the way it functions on my iPad. I can even highlight passages with my finger.

Great book. The chapter overviewing the action and change models is outstanding and completely justifies the cost of the book. I plan to use this book in my program development and evaluation course next semester.

This textbook is easy to read and understandable.

Cheapest I could find and came just as I purchased.

This book is a difficult read. There are numerous run-on sentences and constant circular references that leave the reader with too many loose ends. You may find yourself re-reading paragraphs to find the direction of the text. Hopefully the authors can address these issues in future editions.
