Having a very unpleasant experience with another seller falsely advertising this product. I was super skeptical about buying another but I’m so glad I took another chance! This product is EXACTLY as described shipped super fast and worked immediately with little effort in set up! I wish they had the antique design in another color I would’ve definitely opted for that one. Nonetheless I can’t wait to use this for our upcoming wedding. It’s so much cheaper than renting one. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!!

The hook that the handset sits on was bent a little so that the handset did not fit in very well and the phone stopped working properly midway through an event. I am returning.
