Do not buy
The packaging was really bad, it isn’t non stick and the pan starts rusting immediately.

non-stick, even cook within entire pan and quick transfer of heat. well worth it.
I purchsed so many pans but before too long ended in trash can because of scratches and nonstick wear off. it came to a point that i did not want to buy another worthless pan that would last for a shortwhile. It all comes down for many of us the COST. but i realized i've been spending too much money and time buying the cheap stuff to save money and that was not the case because i kept buying and tossing it to trash. I decided to open my wallet and spend it on a good freakin pan. so i decided to spend more and based on the $$$ i did my research back and forth for few months here and there. This was the result. This is a good pan and as the title i have mentioned it is good up to now. lets see how this pan will hold up in few monts. many people around me dont want to spend the money so they want me to report to them after two months, which usually is the time to tell weather its a good buy or not. it has been three days so far and so far it is good. the heat transfer is quick an covers the entire surface of the pan for even heat. the most important of all the non-stick feature is excellent. its worth it for me that i love to cook my own food. I think even for the ones that dont cook that much is worth it. good results. more motivation to cook and enjoy the end result. I will keep you posted after one month !!!

Discolouration
I’ve been using and handling this very expensive pan with kid gloves yet it has discoloured across 20% of its surface and turned black. This is not burned food or scaling but discolouration of the coating which does burn food each time now in that area. Considering the cost I wish I had purchased a genuine hexpan now.

Did NOT buy this on purpose--Glad I did!
I did NOT order what I thought, but I have gotten all of the value for the money I paid and then some. I was trying to get one of Gordon Ramsay's Hexclad skillets. Genuinely thought I was buying Hexclad. It shows up and I went through about fourteen different f-words that Gordon probably never bothered to get around using on his show. I've been using this thing daily for six months straight. It might not be the best pan built by the best people, but this little 9 inch pan has cooked so many steaks to perfection. (Note: cooking two grilled cheese sandwiches in the 9 inch leads to uneven browning, so if you're in the habit of cooking two GCS at once, I recommend getting a bigger skillet.) I have cooked bison, beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and just about anything else I could get my hands on. I have cooked stir fry in this. I have cooked egg fried rice in this thing (I doubt Uncle Rodger would give me the title of "Uncle" but I'm sure he'd at least give me ONE fui yoh! for using MSG!) Incidentally, I've read the issues people have had about "eggs sticking to the pan".... If the eggs are sticking to this pan, you probably are just not good at making eggs. And while yes, some things MAY stick, the clean up IS NOT hard. I put the skillet on the oven on medium heat, I pour in a cup of water, let it boil a little, then take a wooden spatula, and it comes RIGHT OFF. IT. IS. NOT. HARD. It takes five minutes--four minutes and fifty seconds of which I'm usually looking up memes on my phone. It IS a little heavy, but the solution for that is to train harder! Seriously though, I have cooked with Hexclad and I've cooked with these. If money is tight, but you still want a good quality product, the Cooksy 9 Inch Honeycomb Surface is a very good skillet.
