The detail is exquisite!
Although this comes with its own parchment scroll, I ordered one that was hand-lettered. I found the actual mezuzah more beautiful than when I magnified the photo. The detail is incredible and I'm very delighted with this one. I also mounted it between my storm door and inside door and it's been 'outside' for a while and still looks beautiful. Such a holy and sacred reminder every time I enter and exit.

I've never owned a mezuzah before, but something I was a little surprised about is that there is no backing. Instead it came with a double sided sticky material; but this sticks to the scroll inside. It would have been nice for a metallic slide to protect it from the sticky part. Of course one could use nails.

Very nice, however I received not a new item, the package was previously opened and metal looks tarnished. Very disappointed, especially for such type of items...
