Screwing the part that connects to the vertical rope line is frustrating, and can take many attempts to get it to work well. The price range was good for this, but beware of the screw that catches and stops easily.

I live on the 12th floor of my apartment building and the outside windows have not been cleaned since I moved in. The building management won't clean the windows and I really did not want to lean out the window to do the cleaning myself. Someone suggest I get a safety harness so at least I had some measurement of safety to clean the windows. I bought the Kwicksafety Rattler kit. I felt very safe and comfortable cleaning the windows knowing that if I slipped, I wasn't going to go far. I also had to contact Kwicksafety customer service and they could not have been nicer or more helpful! This is the company to buy from!

For the work we do, we of to work on scaffolding at times, going from column to column it works pretty good.
