Fit perfectly!

I can't get a refund! I select 'problem with order', then it never gives me the option to request a refund! Extremely frustrating! Amazon now says they won't give a refund because the product does match the description. That's false! Unsatisfactory! Are you even listening to what you're saying? The simple fact is that the item was described as the correct part for my grill. It does not fit and therefore does not match the description! I want a refund!

I’ve tried to return it to the seller /Amazon but keep getting referred to Charbroil. When no call charbroil, I sat on hold for 28 minutes. It does not fit for the grill listed in the description and is missing the internal brackets to go on the Charbroil grill we have. I’m not happy - it has not been used because it does not fit. I checked the model against the searing plate before purchasing.

It does not fit the one I have and they do mot take returns. Amazon was great giving me a refund

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I ordered this part for my Char Broil and It doesn't fit. Amazon refuse to give refund and only gives me Char Broil chianti Service number. NOTE: I called Char Broil as suggested in the return process and Char Broil says the CHAR BROIL STORE isn't even theirs. Just items bought by Amazon and advertised as Char Broil. FALSE ADVERTISING.
