These are by far and away the best energy gels I have had. They are not as thick as some of the others, and they taste actually very nice. The orange tastes like capri sun, and the tropical tastes like umbongo. Good slow release energy, especially when taken with some water!! Initially just used them for distance running, but have also started using them before a swim!!

The gels were as advertised, tasted great as far as gels go and the liquid is quite thin, as expected based on the title. The reason I remove a star is that for some reason these packets as designed in a way that it is just impossible to get the remaining 30% of the liquid out without squeezing it in a death grip. A problem I have never had with the likes of other name brand gels

Decided to try these out as was after a more enjoyable gel to consume, sometimes i find normal gels a bit to thick, but these were alot more enjoyable to both swallow and consume,. i would recommend them.
