I was under an extreme amount of stress. Had been taking Busiprone prescribed by my doctor for anti-anxiety and stress relief. I am also over weight and had found out about ashwagandha from watching a YouTube video on how to lower cortisol levels naturally. I looked on Amazon and decided to order and try your product. Within just a few days I could tell a difference. It was truely incredible. I had some pretty bad road rage before. I would get mad and start yelling in the car if someone pulled out in front of me and was going slower than I was. Within a week of taking your product I was driving home and someone pulled out in front of me going 25 in a 35 zone. Cars were zooming past me in the fast lane and the line of cars behind me were getting over to go around us as well. Before I would have hit the roof at that point. Yelling, flipping the person off and such. This time my first thought was "Oh well, I'll just wait for everyone else to go around and then I'll go around.". That was the realization point for me. When I knew that your ashwagandha was working for me. Not just working, but out performing the Busiprone that was precribed by my doctor. The Busiprone is only for like anti-anxiety, depression, stress relief and it's a chemical thing. Your ashwagandha is anit-anxiety, stress relief, mood elevator, adrenal support, immune support and natural. Can't get much better than that. A few months later.....It has worked so well for me at elevating my mood that now my mother (who was on Zoloft) is using it too. She is doing much better using this than the Zoloft.

I really like this ashwagandha supplement. It is organic and also includes the black pepper extract. I have recently started to take ashwagandha to try to help with symptoms from hypothyroid. So far I’ve been having some pretty good results. It’s also been helping with general sleep quality. Now, to be fair, my sleep quality also suffers because I have narcolepsy, but the issues with sleep that were coming from the thyroid problems seem to have improved some since starting the ashwagandha. I have taken black pepper extract on its own before and didn’t really like it. However, I like it in this supplement. I don’t know if maybe it’s how this company sources it or perhaps the way they combine it with the ashwagandha, but this really works. Overall, this is a great supplement, and it really works to help me feel more balanced, relaxed, less overall stress, and to help keep my energy levels more stabilized, which is what those of us with thyroid issues are seeking since I know many of us with hypothyroid tend to feel very fatigued and low. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a boost in treating their hypothyroid symptoms. Of course, check with your doctor first to make sure that adding this would be a good idea for your treatment plan, but I personally love it!

I bought this to help with my anxiety, mood and sleep. I took the recommended dosage a couple hours before bedtime and it helped so much with my sleeping. I used to wake up several times a night and now I sleep through the night and wake up feeling great. Melatonin gives me horrible nightmares, so I was looking for an alternative. Although mid morning I do start to feel a little drowsy. My mood has gotten a lot better, feeling more optimistic. I suffer from depression and have tried several OTC and prescriptions. My anxiety has lessened and I really enjoy this product. I feel like a normal person plus no prescription needed. Now for the bad. I am heart broken... After trying Ashwagangha for a week, I am having a slight allergic reaction to it. I started having small, random itchy bumps (rash) on my abdomen and back. I have not changed anything in my diet or personal cleaning products. I know I should stop taking this but it is the first thing (OTC or prescription) that has actually helped me feel better and sleep better. I might try taking a smaller dosage or a different brand to see if that helps. I really like this product but because I'm having a reaction to it, I gave it 4 stars.

For me personally, ashwagandha has been a godsend! It is the ONLY natural supplement that's ever helped me with my panic disorder! I have bad anxiety, where I will often suffer panic attacks. if you've ever had one, you know that it's the worst feeling in the world!! You feel like you're having a heart attack, you can't breathe, dizziness, loss of self control, depersonalization.. it's so scary. I feel very on edge a lot of the time, worried that another panic attack might be around the corner. ashwagandha has helped tremendously, I cant advocate for it enough!! I've been on many prescription medications in the past. They all have nasty side effects and make you feel emotionless and empty. ashwagandha has given me NO side effects at all. It calms me, I don't feel any anxiety after I take it. No panic attacks! Helps me sleep better at night. Even helps me to lose some weight, since it reduces the fat loving stress hormone cortisol! It's also an anti inflammitory. I take it in the morning, even though its calming, it doesn't make me tired. I have it with green tea so I get some L theanine as well. This herb is a miracle for me, as it keeps me off of prescription meds, which are dangerous and I honestly oppose them. This brand seems to be great quality and fair price
