This Tongkat Ali + Fadogia Agrestis combo is top-tier. Clean ingredients, noticeable results, and everything feels dialed in. Energy, mood, and drive all got a solid boost after a week or so. A friend recommended this product due to lower T levels. After about three days I could notice a difference in my workouts: more reps, heavier weight, longer routines. I experienced a decline in stamina after a few weeks, but I was told you’re supposed to cycle this supplement (1 month on, 1 month off, etc). I haven’t checked my T levels to verify, but energy levels have been higher and ‘other things’ have been stronger. Give it a shot. 40m

It can be a little bit hard to review a supplement because the effect can be mild and slow-to-occur. Especially for a supplement like this where the effects are indirect (the supplement is supposed to improve testosterone among other things, which then leads to improved muscle gains and other sequelae of elevated androgens). On the good side, I trust the toniiq brand as I've used one of their other supplements with good results. I also prefer a brand made in the USA and third-party tested which toniiq is. The GMP cert is reassuring as well. On the bad side, I didn't notice any effects from this (either good or bad). I saw no changes in muscle gains in the gym, and saw no other effects that I could quantify. So while I think the brand is good, I personally didn't notice any effects here. But each individual person may have a different response to this supplement. So my final verdict is 3.5 stars.

Healthy addition to your self regimen!

Using this supplement alongslide a few others landed me in the hospital! Not for something as normal as a toy being stuck somewhere it shouldn’t be, but because my penis was “over oxygenated” leading to ‘a 60 hour long boner’. 20 hours into it, the pain of how hard I was made it impossible to rest so 10 hours later I called an uber to the nearest ER where they dosed me up and kept me in observation until the next evening. Took until a long, naked, saltwater hot tub sesh, with 3 strippers in the temps of 10 degrees -, after being released from the hospital for 5 hours - for it to finally go down. 60 hours! 60! Definitely buy this product and use it daily for a year like I did.

I didn't find a made any difference on my energy level or during workouts.

Take before bed. Wake with morning would. Must be doing something. This combo of herbal extracts is the only proven stack to actually boost free testosterone. You have to cycle it. Something like 5 days on and 3 days off seems to work well for me. If you take it consistently it's effect seem to wear off after a few days.
