I used this product to hang a punch bag, with no need for additional fixings. Does the job perfectly.

Very very happy with these anchors. Quick and easy to install, strong and well priced. Tested one with a 6ft Muay Thai bag and then proceeded to order 3 more for other bags. All equally as functional as the first. Highly recommended. I did use aftermarket bolts with high pull-up retention with washers for added peace of mind.

Hanging bracket arrived well packed in a plain cardboard box. Inside the box is the bracket itself, a two way swivel, a carabiner, 4 screws and 4 expansion plugs. The bracket is nicely finished in a black powder coating and all the other components are finished with a nickel plated surface. The bracket has 4 elongated holes pre punched for the screws to go through. As the bracket is designed for a punch bag or similar, the supplied screws are clearly much too small (35mm) to support this kind of weight in wood and if used with the supplied plastic expansion plugs (only 40mm) I wouldn't like to see the results after the first punch of the bag. However, it is easy enough to find mounting screws of a more suitable length and the bracket and accessories themselves are more than up to the job. Decent bracket - just don't use the supplied screws!

this is a simple fixing held by 4 screws into the surface of whatever you need to fix it to so the onus is on you to ensure that the fixings used are up to the intended usage but installation is incredibly simple and should take an experienced DIYer minutes to get done. the hanger swings free and easy with a smooth motion and the fixture is well made and should easily handle anything you can throw at it within it's stated weight limit.
