Great taste, quality of product and shipping. I highly recommend it.
I love this product and use it every day. I put a couple sticks in a two-pound bottle of raw honey and get the additional benefits health wise. Mild, Woody, and Relaxing
This cinnamon has a nice mild and woody aroma and flavor with slight undertones of standard cinnamon compared to cassia cinnamon which is stronger and spicier in comparison. It also grinds down into a finer powder, too. I got about 1/4 a cup ground ceylon from these 6 sticks which is a modest amount, but will go a long way for me since 1/4 a tsp of this stuff is pretty potent. I particularly like to use it in both cooking or teas to create a more relaxing flavor/aroma. Definitely worth the buy if regular cassia cinnamon doesn't agree with you, such as giving you mouth sores, or you want to have cinnamon more regularly without worrying about the high coumarin content that cassia contains.

1 star. Very poor quality. This is nothing like the cinnamon sticks I have bought before. It has almost no aroma and smells more like dry wood than cinnamon. The listing describes it as premium Ceylon cinnamon from Sri Lanka, but the product I received does not match that claim at all. What is even more frustrating is seeing such a high rating on a product of this quality. Based on my experience, the description feels misleading and the reviews are hard to trust. I will not buy this again and do not recommend it.
