**Q: Ideally was looking for a 7.5. Should I order a 7 or 8?**
A: Probably an 8.  I am usually 5.5 and bought a 6 which is fine.

**Q: Are these genuine fitflop?**
A: Yes! I also have 3 pairs bought over the last 3 summers: silver gold and midnight navy. All fit flop in genuine boxes and fabulous!

**Q: How do I contact sellers?**
A: Front your account, check "My Orders, scroll until you find the order and look for the option " contact seller"

**Q: Will these loosen. Bought a size 6. (normally am 5), length is fine but they are very tight across the straps.**
A: Possibly, I pulled the strap a bit more, it has a bit of give from where it’s anchored at the bottom and I think the more you wear them the base will flatten a little bit. I’m going to order another pair as they have been so comfortable compared to other flip flops.
