So much gum for 20$ and it works super well definitely recommend. One piece of gum will definitely last you all day. Taste good and the flavor doesnt instantly go away like other gum products. 10/10

In terms of results. I did not take any before and after pics but I do feel my face being slightly tighter. To be honest I just enjoy chewing this gum. The taste is really good. The texture is super hard at first but after you get into it, it has a nice thicker texture to chew and it retains the shape even after an hour whereas, most gums the texture will get too chewy and may get stuck in your teeth. I enjoy chewing this during my runs or weightlifting. It’s only 5 calories and 0 sugar so that’s a plus. 120 pieces for the price is pretty worth it to me lol.

Pretty good gum to bite on, the taste kinda goes away after a little bit. It will definitely work your jaw muscles out.

Great long lasting flavor it really lives up to its promises, I just wish to see more flavors in the future.

I think this gum is nearly perfect. Not too expensive considering you basically buy this gum as a workout for your jaw. I'm personally going to chew two pieces of gum twice a day. My first two pieces early in the day didn't feel like it really worked out my jaw very much. Now that I'm doing another two at night I am definitely getting a workout and my jaw is a little bit sore. The only con of this gum is that the flavor goes away very quickly, but that's literally all gum no matter the brand or style. If you want the longest lasting flavor possible, get the mint version of this. Mint flavors of gum are known to last longer. I got watermelon personally and the flavor goes away pretty quick. When I have gone I am seriously addicted. I have a problem, regular gum 'll put like seven or eight pieces in my mouth. I'm going to try to have self-control with these 🤣

I haven't chewed gum in years but I wanted to take advantage of what I had read in James Nestor's Breathe book. While its mostly about breathing and really pretty fascinating, he also touched on chewing a hard gum to enhance the jaw line and facial muscles. Just 10 minutes per day. I'm on about the 3rd week of using Jawz. I like it and will stick with that brand. The reviews seemed pretty good compared to some other hard gums. I did take a before photo of my profile but have not really obsessed with if there are changes yet. I also read in that book that chewing hard gum can actually stimulate stem cells. I've been chewing the watermelon flavor. Very satisfying.

I chew about a pack of gum a day and wanted a gum that was a little harder to chew as some gums feel to mushy after chewing for a while. This gum is harder to chew but not by much. It just feels like a really stale price of gum. The initial watermelon flavor is pleasant but muted and quickly disappears. My least favorite thing about this gum is the texture and it sometimes squeaks on my teeth. I am on the fence about getting this gum again. I like that it's tougher to chew and it feels like yours actually chewing on something as opposed to most gums that have no resistance but the texture and flavor aren't great. If you want to buy to build your jaw strength I would not recommend it either as it's only about 2x-3x as tough as normal gum. I didn't feel any tiredness or soreness even chewing a couple pieces at a time. I chew gum all the time so I'm not sure if I am good judge of this as my body my have already adapted to extra chewing. As a chewing gum which is why I bought it, it is just okay, on the same level as juicy fruit or other cheap gum. My current favorite is extra watermelon flavor gum.

This gum is good and I see good results but I wish the flavor did not go away so fast! It does work but it gets boring to chew after 35 minutes it’s like rubber. if your committed to getting a good jawline buy it. if your more focused on flavor then you would probably be dissatisfied. It does have jawline results though it helps!
