Highly pigmented and this wasn’t a “wow “ go for it guys. you look fabulous wearing that blush. I applied the blush straight onto my cheeks & pressed with my fingers and it blends nicely, it’s not patchy I loved it value of money. Just got an amazing product at a reasonable price with beautiful pigmentation ❤️🤩
