This is the best electrolyte tabs I’ve had. When I’m dehydrated, they pep me back up and quench my thirst! I love the flavor!

I like taking green supplements and these work so good for when I go on vacation and don’t want to take my big bottle. This particular brand also has very little metal contamination. The taste is also pretty good. I like the flavor and usually green “powder” tastes gross but this one is tasty!

Amazing Grass Fizzy Tablets are a fantastic way to boost my energy and hydration! The tablets dissolve easily in water and have a an okay taste I like to mix mine with juice. Great taste. It is a great substitute for soda and juice without the sugar. Jazzes up plain water wonderfully. I only purchase this when it says it is sold and shipped by amazon.com. Mistakenly purchased some sold by another storefront. They arrived in a plastic zip bag instead of the box. I put a tablet in the water and immediately smelled an awful smell. The taste was bad too. I tried another tablet from a different pack, and it had the same awful smell and taste. So now I make sure I choose the ones sold and shipped by amazon.com - I haven’t had any problems with them.

Update: WTH! This company just went up $8.00 on this product in one month. I ordered this for my mom on June 15, 2023 at $36.00. I just went to order a pack for myself on July 23rd, 2023 and it’s now $44.00. I guess my mom and I won’t be using this product anymore. Bad move Amazing Grass. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been using these fizzy tablets for years and I love them. I have stomach issues and I love these because they have electrolytes and many other vitamins. I also have my 81 year old mom taking them. She calls them her fuzzy tablets LOL. I keep telling her it’s fizzy mom not fuzzy. 😂😂

The product claims to be 85mg of caffeine. I can’t know for sure that it’s not, but it really, really doesn’t seem like there’s 85mg of caffeine in it. I switch between coffee and tea and thought this would be a good alternative. Even after drinking two tablets (which should equal 170mg caffeine), I could easily take a nap. If I stick with coffee, this doesn’t happen. I’m on my third tube of tablets, and my opinion is that they’re ok, but they’re just not that effective.

I think I got a lot of these for the money and I believe that they're very good quality. I like to drink them for the vitamins and the taste. I would recommend this to anyone that's looking for a kind of busy beverage with a little bit of health benefit.

I am a very biased reviewer when it comes to anything Amazing Grass. I have been a shaker and a blender of all things Amazing Grass for a few years now and I love all of their products and was especially happy to see that I can now get a serving in one effervescent tablet. Effervescent tablets are my new (past year) way of getting both my water intake up and my vitamin count up. I take my magnesium, calcium, daily vitamin, iron and B vitamins this way and now have added Superfood! I add one tablet to a 16 oz glass of room temp water (room temp is better for ours digestive systems) and drink throughout the day. I start now with my Amazing Grass Green Superfood first thing and end with my Magnesium to help my sleep soundly. The Amazing Grass Superfood consists of: an organic blend of wheat grass, barley & alfalfa grown on our family farm in Kansas and potent blend of over 30 antioxidant-rich superfoods including spirulina & chlorella. Great stuff and easy to drink flavor. A win-win for me!
