Time of delivery was very quick

The product so far works great, but one little problem is the start and stop switch. There is only on/off switch, so if you want to start it you click "on" switch twice, and if you stop for a bit you click "off" and then the whole thing is off again and need to restart it . It gets annoying after a few minutes of adjustments.

Good delivery time, good packing, product works very nicely, easy to operate and good results. Note - 2 weeks after getting this I bought smaller one same brand for traveling.

Very happy with my purchase. It does a great job cleaning the teeth and my son loves it too, it's so easy to use. Battery lasts long as well, been using it daily for 2 weeks and still goes strong.

This water floss stopped charging after a few months and Amazon does not do returns after 30 days. So a lot of money wasted. Going for a cheaper one now.

Great item with a lot of power. We bought this one after our old one stopped working. I would say it is on the expensive side, but considering functionality and the attachments it's what you would expect. I really like the screen that actually shows the mode you are using, battery left and even water temperature. Though I did find the battery display to be no accurate and not sure about the water temperature. It would show 15-10% battery left and then just shut down. Also did not manage to change the temperature display from F to C. I followed the instructions, but no luck. Might be I did something wrong. A great feature is UV that you can turn after every usage. Water capacity is what you would expect and it last about 1-2 min while using it. I would strongly suggest to to register it for warranty as our first one broke down only after 4 months (screen stopped working). I could still use it, but it made it a lot harder. Since I had the warranty after a couple of emails back and forth they send me a replacement.

I travel extensively and my MySmile has gone on every journey with me for 3-1/2 years now! I think it is wonderful! It is still as good as new. It charges quickly, has equal the water stream strength as a countertop Waterpik, and I love that the digital display shows how much charge is left (among other details). My Waterpik recently quit working and I have been using the MySmile as my everyday water flosser. I am very impressed by the fact that it is still going strong with the amount of use. The only thing that some may find to be a negative is that it is a little bulky because of the size of the water tank. With that being said, it needs to be bulky to hold enough water to thoroughly water floss your teeth! For it to last through 3-1/2 years of frequent use and still work as well as it did the day I bought it says a lot about the quality of the product.
