Look over the Size Chart carefully. If you buy the proper size, it will require minimal effort to put it on. I normally wear a Large size shirt. However, the Size Chart showed the smallest size for my measurements would be a 2XL (XXL). I knew from other brands that this would be correct. The purpose of this shirt is to fit tight and compress. If you buy the proper size, you will see and feel the compression without straining to put it on. The stitching is good and it's longer than other compression shirts. it compresses the chest and the abdomen. I like it.

This shirt does exactly what they it will do and is of good quality.

I gave it a 4 star because it does not flatten the stomach as advertised. However, the product fits well, qualty is good, I ordered Large according to the size chart but I think Medium would have fit me tighter. I am 5'7¨ and weight 180#.

I am a big guy (5'9" 265lbs), and I had bought a couple Shaperluv compression shirts. The issue with the Shaperluv tanks was that they are not long enough and they constantly ride up my belly as I am walking around. This is pretty annoying. However, I also realized that in order for me to get some better compression results, I also needed to go a size down. I took the risk and ordered an x-large in this brand, and I am pleasantly surprised. When I first got it, I was like "oh boy" when I realized that I couldn't put it on like a normal shirt, and that I needed to put it on by pulling it up over my legs and waist. Once it is on and positioned correctly, you definitely notice the compression. I love the way it hugs my belly and chest and keeps everything in place. Plus, it is long enough so that it is never going to ride up and let my belly start handing out of the bottom of it. This tank goes a good 6 inches or so below my waist line. Overall, I give it 5 stars. My only question would be how do I wash this?

Good quality fabric, does a good job slimming the torso, but after wearing it for a couple of hours I had to take it off because it was giving a rash under my armpit, I guess that's the only place it fit tight.

Suffer from enlarged nipples, so anything that can help minimize their appearance is welcomed. With a 52" chest, I initially ordered a 2XL based on the provided sizing chart. While it fit fine and did a great job concealing the nipple area, I didn't feel it provided the midsection support I was wanting. I returned the 2XL and then ordered both a L and XL. Both are a little tricky to get on/off, especially if you've been sweating. I've found that wearing a light compression muscle shirt or tank underneath greatly helps in this regard. I can wear the L size even with a 52" chest. The only complaint I have is occasional nipple irritation from the fabric, but that's likely more due to my condition than any fault of the shirt. Assume individuals with smaller or average size ones wouldn't experience this same issue. Highly recommend this compression tank. I'd probably use their sizing chart to order initially, but you may find you can downsize depending on your comfort level and body type, as I did.

This by far, is the biggest scam I've ever felt for. I am so mad at myself for falling for this, I tore it into pieces.
