Thank you. Tablets that are easy to swallow.
I have had for over six months, in a cupboard in the kitchen, some calcium tablets that are harder to swallow than your average breeze block . So much so that I have had to resort to breaking them into pieces in order to swallow them without instigating a violent gag reflex. So these tablets have been a welcome addition to my weekly dietary supplements . Very easy to swallow they are a virulent red in colour and a shape that I have never seen in supplementary tablets before. It is interesting that one of the judgement criteria for these is the taste, as they have no taste at all. So either my taste buds are badly performing or the taste requirement for the marking is a misnomer . As for their supplementary qualities it is impossible to quantify them in so short a space of time , and arguably very difficult in any space of time . Unless of course you have some ongoing issues with are alleviated by the tablets . Fortunately for me they are no such issues , though you could argue that the lack of any symptoms is testament to the health giving properties of the supplements. This reviewing lark is more difficult than you would think. One things is for sure , the ease of imbibing them is definitely going to make taking them less of a chore.

easy to swallow
These supplements arrived very nicely and securely packed. I really like that it has a seal on the bottle because I like receiving my supplements sealed due to hygiene and security reasons. The capsules look so beautiful red, so unique and pretty plus are small which makes it easy to swallow. These capsules are so essential for me for my bones and I feel better since I have been taking them. My legs hurt less now. I highly recommend these supplements and because they are good value. The smell is not really nice but atleast they don’t taste like anything so don’t worry. i’m

Very red, easy to swallow. No noticeable taste
I can't comment really on the benefits of the particular mix of vitamins, it is not my area of expertise, but it is reported that vitamin D helps with the absorption of calcium, so if there is a need to up your calcium absorption this could be a useful mix. I would re-iterate that the vitamin D is measured as 200IU, not mg or ug which might be values used for other vitamins. I would advise you to do your own sum if you have been given a mg or ug value to work with, but from the NHS vitamins and minerals page on vitamin D I converted this value to be equivalent to 5ug, the advised limit is 100ug per day. These softgels are recommended at 1 per day on the packet. I had no issue whatsoever swallowing these, but in general I don't have an issue. The softgels are not sticky, but they are bright red. There was no noticeable taste, but the bottle did smell a bit like PVA glue (again), but if you don't stick your nose in the bottle you won't have an issue. This is the first time I have noticed that one of these bottles has a flip-lid (but many of the other bottles I have do now I look). Once the inner seal is broken you don't need to unscrew the cap each time. Overall am happy with the product thus far.

Reasonable supplements, not great value, and low dosage of Vitamin D
They are not claimed to be vegan, which is just as well, as the capsule material is described as INS428, which is an animal by-product. The recommended dose of these is one per day, but 200iu of Vitamin D is nowhere near enough; if you want a good amount of Vitamin D you need to find another product. Most of the content of these capsules is chalk (which many people in England will already get via their domestic water supply). You can get much cheaper packs of calcium tablets. Some people prefer supplements manufactured in the UK/Europe; these are manufactured in India, but it’s good to know the source, rather than the vague “not manufactured in the UK” of some supplements.
