Tasted nice , but didn’t notice any difference in how they made me feel physically.Could have brought a number of packs of Haribo and they would have been just as good for me.

The taste of the gummies was very nice - strawberry flavour.However in all honesty I took these gummies with all of the correct requirements but I noticed no difference whether that is physically or mentally.Overall they were easy to swallow and were slightly chewy but not too much where it got stuck in teeth etc, but for me I noticed no difference or benefit.

There is scant information on these bright red gummies which are made in China. They've been manufactured for Witkowski Holdings Ltd based in Reading, but not to any known standards. The buyer just has to assume that the gummies contain shilajit extract, ashwagandah, vitamin D2 and vitamin B12. There is no reference to the colourant used along with the corn syrup. When buying supplements, I need to be assured that the product and the company selling the product are good for my health and meet industry standards. This product does neither of those things.
