After reading all the reviews on how brilliant this product is, I decided to treat myself and pay out (for what I feel is a lot of money for a mascara.) The first time I used this product I was WOW this is fabulous, second day of use exactly the same, my lashes looked amazing, length was lovely, individual lashes were coated smoothly with no clumping, and I was very impressed. (I will just add that it is very messy to take off. It removes easily enough, I use Miscellar eye makeup remover with cotton pads but it takes a lot of soaked pads) HOWEVER, (I don’t wear makeup everyday) so 2 weeks later when I went to use it again it was a completely different experience. Even though the top was screwed on tight, the product had become clumpy, thick and I couldn’t get it to smoothly cover my lashes, however customer service were amazing, and after a few emails expressing my disappointment they offered me a full refund or replacement to try again so I’m giving it another go. I’m hoping this time it works like the first few goes, but very impressed at how this has been handled hence 5 *s

My wife definitly likes this mascara as she says it goes on smooth and never cakes up, also it looks extremely good to me , she recommends it to anyone wanting a professional looking mascara and says it's worth paying the little extra for the quality.

Used once so far & seems to make sparse lashes look a bit longer & more noticeable. Did have good staying power. However, can anyone tell me the quickest way of cleaning mascara off? I used Clinique Gentle Eye Makeup Remover & umpteen cotton buds! It does seem to work but took ages, considering as a mature (!) lady only use on top lashes.

Lashes look a bit thicker but I don’t think they look any longer. So for me not worth the difference in price between this mascara and other good brands. It is easy to apply and take off which I like

Fabulous mascara! This mascara really does lengthen and condition the lashes without clumping and dropping. It’s easy to remove and perfect if you fiddle with your lashes as it does not dry out and flake off. I worked in the premium beauty disturbance industry for many years and would recommend this product.

Really good mascara, great for my sensitive eyes and provides extra volume and length without clogging. Post menapause, I have to be careful about the cosmetics I choose but this has caused no allergic reaction, it doesn't smudge and looks quite dramatic if you apply additional coats. It can be difficult to remove but I have found micellar water works well.

A great product for mature women . Banish Panda eyes forever - I no longer have to keep checking if my mascara has found its way to my chin. Seriously this is a great product, easy to remove without the need for lots of rubbing on a very delicate area! Would 100% recommend.

Very disappointing. The wand comes out with blobs of mascara down the wand and on the tip and doesn’t separate the lashes as per the advertisement. A waste of money!

Love this mascara. It does as advertised

I have tried and thrown away mascara over the years. But then decided to try one more time. Magic! This 64 year old woman found her pretty lashes again! Great product. Wand is easy ro use and transfers just the right amount of mascara. No clumping and long-lasting. A new forever staple!

This is the best mascara I have ever bought. Especially the wand! Unfortunately I was allergic to it And had to give it away, but I really had great lashes!

Hard to remove. Went on beautifully but flaked hours later and it was difficult to remove. Hard on lashes.
