It's the smaller of the two sizes, matte finish, text is centers and magnet backing is strong! I truly am happy with this purchase and I will again. Knowing myself, I chose to get two, as I'd get a whole other magnet, if it's ever lost. I've only had one job where the name tag was able to be magnetic, and many of my coworkers (and myself) found that it was a lifesaver to have another magnet backing available, as it sometimes separated and was lost between work and home, so the other back part was awesome to have. Also, just remember that the text will be centered, no question. So, if you second line is longer than the first, remember to put a "space", or type a space bar key on either side, just to make sure it's not looking too tight when it is printed out.Kinda wish I had done this.
