Product = [Nature's Sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll Extra Strength] PRO's - Product arrived roughly on time + Well packed + Undamaged + As described and depicted on Amazon - Tastes of a light SPEARMINT flavor when mixed in water (Tastes kinda like if you drank water and chewed Extra® Spearmint Gum) - DOES NOT TASTE BAD AT ALL. It tastes pretty good for a heathy substance. I've tried Spirulina, Blue Spirulina, Creatine Monohydrate, and this (almost equally) yucky stuff [MaryRuth's Liquid Multivitamin + Biotin] all for the health benefits. SO, THANK GAWD, THE FLAVOR IS RIGHT WITH THIS PRODUCT. I can finally give my body some self care, with ease. - Easy to use and mix into water (My preferred beverage) - Smells like Spearmint, as does its taste, as mentioned. The color is a DARK GREEN color (Such a concentrated dark green color that it looks black) - I BELIEVE I saw instant effects the next day (I'm pretty shocked, still). I noticed my sweat (I sweat a lot) was not as "sweat smelling". My skin was clear. I had ONLY 1 blemish, and my skin seemed calm. I wake up worrying about 2-3, typically. I had MORE ENERGY. I even reached my 10,000+ steps goal today, and I haven't been able to do that for some time. I deem it very effective because of these observations/experiences. CONs - No such thing ദ്ദി (｡•̀ᴗ- ) ..BUT if I had one complaint it would be: Not discovering this product sooner ദ്ദി(ㅠ﹏ㅠ) CONCLUSION Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with this product. I don't mean to sound like one of those old, cringy, low budget selling commercials, but it really is "magic in a bottle". IF I have anything else (whether positive or negative) I will update this review, BUT I am very satisfied with my purchase. If you DON'T LIKE MINT, I'd look elsewhere. BUT if you want a great way to get your Chlorophyll in while staying hydrated (BUY IT, mix with water and call it a day) give it a try! ***UPDATE : I still stand by everything I've said, initially. It's a GREAT, QUALITY product, my goodness! I've gone through 2 bottles, but the only reason I'm not repurchasing and moving on to a capsule from another brand is because I am not disciplined enough to use this to a cost efficient level. Simply, I run out quickly because I find the taste ADDICTING, which has helped me UP my water intake, but the benefits are as I listed are still WONDERFUL and all the same! I love this product, but I over consume because it's SO GOOD. So, I'll be moving on to capsules :(

I bought this to help with my energy levels and well as reading about it being a natural deodorant. I drink a fair amount of water already, so adding this into a glass in the morning was no problem. After about 7-10 days of consistent use, Ive noticed I could go without wearing deodorant with no nasty onion smell. This did not hurt my stomach at all and has a minty taste. It will stain clothes/hands/counters, so be careful! I always have a paper towel handy to wipe around the rim of the bottle after Ive poured some out.

I decided to give this product a month-long trial before sharing my honest review. Every morning, I take a glass of this product on an empty stomach, and I experience a bowel movement within a couple of minutes. Before using this product, I didn’t have regular bowel movements. Additionally, I appreciate that it doesn’t cause me to feel the need to go to the bathroom throughout the day. The taste is refreshing and reminiscent of peppermint, and it has a pleasant aroma as well. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in underarm sweating, and when I do sweat, it doesn’t have any odor. I still have some product left in my bottle, but I’ve already ordered another one. I’m hopeful that by the end of the second month, I’ll be able to observe a noticeable improvement in my energy levels.

Another excellent chlorophyll product. This one tastes softly slightly minty. Effective product
