EXCELLENT CHOCOLATE, have bought this chocolate several times great for making cookies, and in cakes. and will buy more. It is best to buy in the cold and cool month, summer is just to hot to have it shipped.

Sure, there are cheaper brands of "white chocolate," but have you looked at their ingredients list? Honestly, who thinks palm oil or coconut oil is the same as white chocolate? The Callebaut brand comes from Belgium and you simply won't find a better tasting white chocolate. This stuff is perfect for any recipe which calls for white chocolate, but you'll also find yourself grabbing some to pop in your mouth--it's just that good! When used in cooking you'll also find that it easily melts just the way you want. One note of caution, though. Although it shipped in an insulated package with a couple of freezer packs, you might want to be cautious about ordering in the middle of a heatwave, so you don't end up with a melted mess.
