This is a great book to start the new years with as it helps you have a clear mind and positive outlook. It is a 10-step plan shared by entrepreneur and leadership coach, Jane Marie Downey that will get you to your desired life. I was going through this book during new years eve to prepare for 2024 and it got me excited to what I can accomplish and attain this 2024. Step 4 which was letting was one of the harder pill to swallow for me as I know I am a easy to anger since I try to be nice to everyone but as Jane said we have to let go of things so that we can make space for new things more positive things in life and that's what i did and will continue on doing I feel better. The exercises on each step helped me a lot in understanding and embodying each step/concept.
