Fantastic machine, software and customer service
A+++ The machine is easy to use and the software walks you through use. I had one small question on the software and an excellent customer service agent Rey walked me through what I was missing within 10 min. Highly recommend - excellent product and customer service.

Printer is good- after sales support is a nightmare
The support is incredibly disorganized. You will spend 30 minutes diagnosing very simple common sense troubleshooting methods that don't lead anywhere. after a few hours they say they will reach out to fargo and get back to me soon.It has been a month, no response from bodno or Fargo, I am stuck with a dead printer. Maybe they are waiting for the warranty to run out. I will go with a different seller and definitely get a service contract with a hot-swap or you will be left with a dead printer during your busy holiday season.I am considering my options, as I've definitely received a lemon here and feel scammed.

Print quality
I just got the printer and did a few test prints that all came out great. The quality of the final print is good. I had a few glitches at first, but was able to correct. I will be doing a lot of cards here real soon and will update on progress.
