Samyang 2X Spicy Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen_KOREAN SPICY NOODLE (140g Each) (10 packs) : desertcart.ae: Grocery Review: Tastes extremely hot and good. Review: I gave it 5 stars as no reason to knock the product when it's supposed to be stupid hot. I was the stupid one for buying it. For those that love extreme heat then this will suite your needs great. We normally get the Nongshim Shin RED and sometimes the veggie green and that turns out is the perfect amount of spice for me if you don't add more than 2.5cups of water. I had a itch to try something new as I like a little bit of heat. Well boiled the ramen briefly, poured out most of the water. Put the packet in and heated it on high for a minute to get it a little sticky. My wife(not a spice person) tried a small bit and she was in pain. I ate about half the portion and it was just not worth eating. I might try it again with either more water or less sauce added. It truly does feel 2x to spicy for me. The RED and GREEN Shin ramen is the best value and taste for me. Black Shin is good but too spendy or at least for what I want to spend on it.

Yes, it's spicy, but it tastes really good! It's about as hot as jalapeรฑo chilis. Flavorful and slightly sweet. I tasted the sauce packet when mixing it into the noodles, and my first thought was "yum!" I didn't need any other food or water, and even licked out the leftover sauce from my bowl, but I have a high heat tolerance. Slightly pricey in the USA as far as instant ramen goes, but one of the best tasting I've tried!

I've been around the world. Done a bunch of crazy things. Had Pho in Boston a Boston a bunch of times. I own a KIA so for a Korean product to warn that it's 2X Spicy with lots o red color and exclamations, you best realize it's not kidding. Closest thing I've had thus far was Shin Bowl (also on Amazon) which will clean out any congestion from a cold within minutes. This went over that by 2.5X and the crazy part was, I kept enjoying it. Your lips will turn into the color of Cheetos, your need for conversation between bites will vanish. Your mind goes into a state that you must concentrate to keep going. The heat will make you sweat fast, you will get to some milk PRONTO to cool your mouth off. If you can take some pretty hot buffalo wings, I can tell you; that's kindergarten. Tips: Do not eat this product plain. Wake up, kiddo. This isn't Nissan ramen. Seriously look at some YouTube videos so you can add things like an egg, shallots, carrots, collard greens, (Or Kale), maybe some pulled pork, bean sprouts, ginger and even a dollop of sour cream, lime wedge. The package mentions cooking the noodles in water alone, quick transfer to another pan to stir-fry it with 8 spoons of noodle water once cooked (al dente') and adding the chili sauce/oil and trim packet. You will stir fry THIS way to get the sauce to stick to the noodles best. See my example, as I did this very hastily. My verdict on this isn't because people are trying it because of some online "challenge", but some days when you want something semi addictive with a fairly memorable pain factor, it will give your tastebuds something of a Full Metal Jacket exercise regimen. You will judge all that is spicy or hot after this. You will be born again hard in the states of eating recreational spicy food, Pile!
