This stuff is a lifesaver. My job is really physical and part way through the day I usually reach for the biofreeze. It does have a kind of strong smell but I like the smell so it doesn't bother me, even helps clear my sinuses haha. I'm glad I could buy in bulk since I go through a good bit of it and always like to have a bottle handy.

Does the job

So very helpful for an athlete and supportive team mate like me! It works quickly and efficiently and helps numb the area for 20-45 mins (depends on skin type). Although, when applying it, you have to be careful not to rub it in. When rubbed in it will ball up and rub off. So when applying it’s useful to put a small amount on and lightly smear it. Not rub in!

works very well on my knees, i rub this on my knees and within 15 minutes or so the pain is gone
