people who r writing it is bigger in size n all...r stupid...this belt is too good....very very comfortable....gd investment bt d only thing tht i didn't liked is that... the carabina is only on one side of the chain...on the other side there is this hook...which is not gd at all..if u use rubber plates then the hook won't pass through holes...so u have to do it from the other side,tge side if tge chain with d carabins on it... nd i u r reading this means u do weight calisthenics ....so follow me on instagram @_____never-satisfied_____

Pro's: Delivery. Price. Quality leather. Quality chain. Con's: IMO The metal carabineer fasteners are robust enough for heavy home use, but not for commercial gym use. 10/10. I would definitely buy this product again from this vendor.

I have been using this one in gym to do pull ups and weighted dips. It is very useful. I carried upto 30 kgs of weight.
