Q: How do you add water once you start the incubation period?

You can turn it off, take off the lid and add room temperature water. You have up to 10 minutes to put the lid back on and turn it back on. The eggs don't cool that fast. An actual mother will leave the eggs long enough to eat and drink and get back before they get too cold.

Q: is it easy to set the humidity?

Hi, Dear Customer Sure, You will never bother to set the humidity. Our egg incubator comes with an in-built water channel that controls the humidity level. You can control relative humidity inside the incubator by pouring warm water into 1 or more of the incubator’s water channels. Different hatching periods need different amounts of warm water. Take chicken eggs for example. Period 1 (Day 1 to Day 7)----1 CHANNEL. Only need to add full water into the middle of the water tank. Period 2 (Day 8 to Day 14)--------3 CHANNELS. Add full water into the middle three water tanks. Period 3 (Day 15 to Day 21)----5 CHANNELS. Add full water into all water tanks. Q: How do you use the red poultry drinking cups?

They're not for the incubator. I install these poultry water cups on a 5-gallon bucket. my chickens were using it 2 minutes after I put it in the coop.
