This water purifier was a 3 on a top 5 best sink faucet water filters on a YouTube video, another waterdrop model was number 1. This sink faucet water filter filtered my water, making my water taste cleaner. Easy to install (during installation while wrapping teflon tape, top of teflon tape was hanging over the rubber washer. I cut the tape off that was hanging off over the rubber washer, to create a tight seal . I saw some reviews of this unit leaking water. This might of been their problem, I suppose. Mine never leaked). This unit is durable, compatible to my faucet. very nice waterspout on both water jets. Fills drinking water quickly.

Using my waterpik floss made me realize how nasty my tap water was. Immediately I looked up bathroom sink water filter and after browsing a few this caught my eyes then the reviews sold me. I ordered it and two days later I received it. Very easy to install and after tasting the difference in water quality, I’m truly happy with my choice. The fit was perfect. I can switch from filter to tap and even the tap now tastes different from being without the filter. No more cloudy water and the price was great as well. Hopefully it lasts but for now I’m happy.

This filter was super easy to install with the easy-to-follow included instructions. It does a great job of cleaning our gross town water. It's clear, odor free and tastes fantastic. I appreciate this unit being smaller than others I've used. It seems well made from good materials and should last a long time. My only complaint is water leaks out the top of the unit at the faucet. I've swapped out the washers and used a sealing tape, but it still leaks. It's not a deal breaker, but it is annoying.

Installed this filter to the faucet of our wet bar, mainly because our countertop ice machine is supposed to only be used with filtered water. Filter was super easy to install and came with all the right parts to fit correctly to the faucet. No leaks or drips. The water tastes great. It is also easy to switch between non-filtered vs. filtered water using the side lever. Very happy so far, especially since this filter is much cheaper than the well known competition brand.

Assembly was easy but unfortunately one very tiny piece broke off within minutes of use when one of my kids twisted the spout/body too far. Not sure what this tiny piece of the spout section actually was for... also the stream is obnoxiously strong and try as I might to calm it down the water is so forceful it goes everywhere even just hitting the bottom of the sink. It works but for the above reasons im going to use it till I go through the filters (if I last that long) and then order something different.

This was a better buy than the money I paid for that Pur water filter system. This is 300 gallons and the taste is so much better.

Just hooked it up, very straight forward simple installation. There's videos on Youtube if you're needing extra help (even I referred to them). The water tastes great I just tested it out. Let the water run through the unit (filter mode on) for 1 minute at least prior to use. This blows awawy your traditional water jug filters. Very happy!

The product itself is excellent - easy to install, and it genuinely makes the water taste much more pleasant. What I really wanted to comment on, though, is how professional and easy to deal with this company is. I originally made my purchase in 2023 and moved in 2025. During the move, I discovered that I had lost a part of my water filtration system, so once I realised that, I contacted Waterdrop to enquire about purchasing a replacement.
