So I absolutely love my 40 oz Stanley but if you drink a LOT of water, like I do, the 64 oz size perfect. It is, however, almost comically large. It is not leak proof (but there is a kit you can buy for extra security) and it is heavy when full but it is a half gallon of water so that is expected. It does keep things cold and the plastic straw is the best!
