It is very chewy and you need a set of healthy teeth. I tried microwaving but its texture after that is not that good. At least sweet potatoes are considered healthy.

Some complain they are chewy!?! Yes, they are dried! I am 75 and have no problem. The description clearly states 9 ounces, so not sure why theres a question of size. The pieces are individually vacuum sealed and some individual packs have two pieces in them. They're very tasty, not overly sweet, taste fresh and are a healthy snack. I do wish the label was printed in English, or translated in the amazon description. And i do prefer organic foods, but until i perfect drying sweet potatoes myself l will continue to buy them.

Not taste as provided. Need to put into microwave to soften dried potatoes or hardness to bite and not chewy or waxy at all. After microwave the dried sweet potatoes will turn into a little soft and chewy or waxy. I like the natural sweet otherwise not soft at all, never buy again. So bad that cannot return.

Purple potatoes are great but these take like the earth they were planted in.

This is a healthy snack. I think it tastes great. Do not buy this if you are addicted to sugar and junk food, you will not appreciate it. If you are however concerned with having a very nutritious snack that will help you live longer (like the Japanese blue zone residents) then this is unmatched in terms of antioxidants and fiber.

Great snack especially if you have problems with your sugar levels. Not totally dehydrated more like that state of a prune. Still has some moisture left in it. Each one individually wrapped for your convenience. They can be a little sticky. But they are delicious.
