It has a fine texture that blends quickly into water, coffee, or a smoothie. It is a good quality protein that digests easily, and so doesn't cause stomach issues. The taste is a little stronger than goat milk, but not that noticeable if you're used to powdered goat milk products. It is a little pricey, so I alternate it with another protein powder. This is my second purchase, and I will continue purchasing this protein powder.
