I'm like a lot of things that I've purchased in the past this one exceeded my expectations. I was simply looking to extend the running time on my portable refrigerator/cooler. This battery lasted way longer than I expected and it's output is 100% as promised.

Great product

I purchased this battery for a road trip that I would pair with one of the refrigerator / freezers I also have. The Instructions are not good and you need to purchase separately an AC plug to charge from a wall socket. I attempted to charge with one of the provided cords and received an ERROR code 14 with a yellow triangle. At this point the battery was not charging and wouldn't you know that the customer support is not open on weekends. I was unable to use this battery and will be returning it and the power cord. I would give this a 0 stars based on my experience and the lacking customer service availability.

Although not listed in the description when i purchased this unit, and contrary to another review, my oscilloscope shows its AC output is not only a clean sine wave, but the waveform is superior to that supplied by the outlets in my house! This came as a pleasant surprise. Even so, it has but a single AC outlet, and the product is really designed as a companion product for the BougeRV diesel heater, which requires a DC input. I purchased both as part of a package deal. I view the AC outlet as a nice addition for emergency use, but would choose a different power station for most AC applications. Your mileage may vary. LiFePO4 battery in this product is much safer than LiPo (lithium-ion polymer), and better suited than LiPo for this kind of product. I eschew LiPo anymore because of its inherent fire hazard (by either over- or under-charge, and by aging). Where this product falls short are its tiny display and lack of AC charging. However with a PD power cable and a USB PD power supply capable of 100W output, this unit does charge relatively quickly. Without a proper cable and power supply, charging will take 6-12 times longer (as non-PD USB-C is anywhere from 7.5-15W maximum) and it will feel glacially slow. (No doubt this is why some reviewers complain about slow charging time; it won't be slow if one uses the proper equipment.) I considered BougeRV's 277Wh unit, which has 15% more power than this unit, but cost more than twice the price and lacks the AC output! This was a much better value for the money. I also prefer the form factor of this unit to their other offering.

I find myself using this unit very frequently. Haven't charged my phone from the wall for months. Mostly kept in my vehicle for phones and laptops, as I have other, larger units for the heavy work. Good value for the money and charges quickly with my little folding solar panel. Recommend, but realize its limits.

I tried to make it work for my 12volt car fridge for hot days in Texas. Sure it powered everything up alright, and the run time is respectable too. (My fridge drew around 40-60watt and cycled off and on lasted about 6 hours of fridge coldness, not bad for the money and size.) The problem and why I returned it... the recharging time is ridiculously *comically* s-l-o-w compared to most batteries currently available. The other batteries typically charge 80% in 50 minutes... this device might get you 10% in an hour if you're lucky.

I like BougeRV products so after reading reviews and watching YouTube reviews I decided to get it for my CPAP when traveling in the RV. I use the 12v outlet to power the machine on DC power using a 12v to 24v adapter. I've ordered the solar to DC7909 cable to enable charging from a solar panel. In testing the capacity I was able to run the CPAP all night with the humidifier turned on which is good to know I can do that if needed. I like the size and the portability so it has been a good purchase for me.
