Easy to install, air circulation is strongly and silent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently installed a passive air vent in my home, and the difference it has made is nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I unboxed this elegantly designed vent, I knew I had made the right choice. Installation was a breeze—no pun intended. The instructions were clear. The effectiveness of this passive air vent is immediately noticeable. It has significantly improved the air circulation within my home, making every room feel fresher and more comfortable. The design is ingenious, utilizing natural airflows to enhance ventilation without the need for any electrical input, making it not only environmentally friendly but also cost-effective. what's more, the 2 stages design It can help you effectively control the size of the airflow. One of the features I appreciate most is its silent operation. Unlike traditional vents that can be noisy, this passive air vent works quietly in the background, ensuring a peaceful and serene environment. Its aesthetic appeal is another plus. The sleek design blends seamlessly with my home's interior, adding a touch of sophistication. Moreover, the build quality is exceptional. It's evident that a lot of thought has gone into the materials and construction, ensuring durability and long-term performance. Since installing the vent, I've noticed a reduction in humidity levels and a fresher overall atmosphere, which has contributed to a more comfortable and healthier living space.

Passive air vent, can be opened and closed from the inside
Modern houses don't breathe very well. This is a way to control where fresh air enters into your home. Negative pressure is created within the home by the various exhaust systems (cooking, bathroom, whole house and so on). This unit has everything you need to allow it in. The plastic plunger has 4 settings: Closed (has a rubber seal on the inside), low, med, high. You press to change the setting. Contains a mesh filter, though it isn't clear how that would be cleaned or replaced. What it does not contain is a damper of some sort that would automatically close or open as needed, though something like this can be purchased for in-line duct use. A convenient quick-install kit for the right situation.

Fragile and not worth the money
The interior mechanism of this ventilator is poorly engineered and fragile. It broke before my husband, who is a licensed building contractor, got it fully installed. Don't waste your money on this product.

Good Product - Lousy Directions - Avoid 4 inch Hole Saws
First off, I like this vent - the design and the intent. What lost 2 stars from me are the directions and extra parts with no explanation as to why they're there. I have been around long enough to know which end of a hammer to pick up, but the directions leave a lot to the imagination. First off, even though the screen encouraged buying one, under NO circumstances would a 4 inch hole be sufficient. I now have a hole through the wall to the outside that measures 4 inches, but there's no way this will fit through. Plus, once the clamp is attached, the hole isn't near wide enough. The pain in the butt now is that I have to expand the hole larger, but that's not easily done with another hole saw - it's hard to keep a larger saw sitting evenly around a slightly smaller hole. Yes I know about the recommendation of 100-125 cm, but with the mention of the 4 inch hole saw being recommended, I was dumb enough to believe it. Now I am being pushed to use a sabre saw to widen out the hole. Oh, I forgot to mention that in trying to fit the aluminum duct through the 4 in hole, I ended up tearing off the reinforced collar on the end - nothing that duct tape won't fix, but still aggravating none the less. The bottom line is this - it's a great idea for ventilation, some parts are a mystery as to why they're there and under NO circumstances, use a 4 in hole saw. From what I'm seeing a 5 inch hole saw would be too large because the screws holding the collars on would be hanging out in the air.
