**Q: Understanding the toxicity of completely raw cashews, are you positive there is no steaming or cooking? Even to remove the shell?  Blanching possibly?**
A: Truly raw, uncooked cashews are green. These are brown so they must have been steamed or something, which is a good thing. These are quality cashews, can recommend.

**Q: Why does picture say 48oz and a 36oz bag arrived?**
A: The one I received was 48 oz.

**Q: Why did the price go from $22.50 to $36.75? Quite the jump for loyal customers, why??**
A: I paid $23. I waited until it went back to $23

**Q: Are these Fair Trade, as in worker's fingers arent eaten up and damaged by the toxins in the husks when shelling?**
A: No clue on that question, but quality & taste are superior!!
