Breakfast Bars, Honey Oat, Healthy Snacks, Gluten Free, 32 Count

Ordered these despite never trying KIND bars before and they met my expectations. The bars are on the smaller side, perhaps slightly larger than a credit card. There are two bars per pack. They may seem small but I was surprised at how filling they were, for 220 calories. The honey oat flavor actually tastes like honey (rather than some generic sweet flavor) but it's not too sweet, which I don't mind. Texture-wise, it's not a crunchy bar but it's not super chewy. Your jaw will get a workout chewing through these bars which forces you to slow down when eating them. If you're looking for a granola bar like a Nature Valley or Quaker Oats Chewy bar, this isn't it. Overall these do exactly what I bought them for - provide a small, convenient, reasonably healthy snack that'll tide me over until my next meal.

These are tasty breakfast bars. They're somewhat hard, but chewy. They have plenty of grains you can see. The flavor is very good, and in fact I had to read the ingredients list of the Honey Oat variety to know that it includes raisins (not whole), because I knew I could taste *something* of that sort. And quite honestly, that makes the flavor more balanced and palatable, to me. I'm sometimes not wise about my eating habits and go without breakfast, and this is that right balance of flavor and satiation for my morning, and it's sweet without being too much so. If my stomach starts to rumble, these do the trick.

I hadn't yet seen these Kind Breakfast Bars but had tried the Kind Oats and Honey Healthy Grains Granola Bars, so I thought to give these a try. They were just as delicious in flavor, and they had a nice softer chewy texture. Great for snacks! I also purchased the peanut butter flavor as well. Both great deals on Amazon to purchase in large quantities. After snacking on them for a few weeks, I felt these were a little too chewy - I didn't care for all the chewy crisps - and if these were just slightly softer like a chewy cookie without crisps, they would be even better.

its healthy and taste good, a quick breakfast if you are in a hurry in the morning.
