Whitehall Products Frog Sundial, Copper Verdi

Garden Time Bought it for my daughter who loves frogs and her garden. My grandson is trying to see if the time is right! It is different and 'old' looking,fits right in a garden of flowers.

This was an anniversary gift for my son and wife for their backyard garden. Great looking and easy to put together. They love it.

Attractive in the garden and keeps time well when the sun shines. We will of course reset it when daylight savings ends.

This sun dial is well made out of aluminum and looks like it's painted or powder coated to look like patina'd copper....(like the statue of liberty). Details of numbers and letters are defined and easy to read. Well weighted.....not light weight and cheap feeling.

The initial one I ordered got lost in transit but a replacement arrived today. It is prettier in person than pictured. Easy to attach the frog and gnomon. It was very securely packaged. There were no instructions included to describe how to set up for time but plenty of info is google-able. I wanted it for decoration so not worried about time keeping with it. I appreciate that is made in the USA.

This was a Christmas gift that my wife had on her list. She's a big gardener and is always on the lookout for something to add to her pride and joy. This was on her list and when she opened her gift she instantly loved it. Assembly was a little tricky as the frog just would not secure tightly. I needed to retap the hole for the included screw as they had either not tapped it deep enough or the tap work was not well done and the threads were damaged. In the end, we got it all done and it now sits out in the garden trying to keep time. It was not placed there as a timepiece, it was just for decoration...

Well made all metal piece. Shows very accurate time if set level to true north. Would make nice gift.

This sundial is pretty and sturdy. It loses two stars because the screws are too short to actually attach the frog and grass, so I will need to make an additional purchase in order to complete assembly. I’m no expert sundial manufacturer, but it’s extremely obvious that the screws will not reach the attachments. Seems like an easy fix…
