I took a chance on this because my cramps are killing me & I was using a tens unit but hate the wires and sticking them on and off. I’ve been eyeing this & finally did it. Let me say I love love love this!! It’s good quality, very lightweight and easy to use. It has 3 heat settings and it gets warm so quickly which I love. It’s not scorching hot to where it’s uncomfortable, it’s the perfect heat. The vibrating is amazing and helps a lot. I will say I planned to take this on days I have cramps at work but the vibrating sound is a little loud for that but I’ll just use that part at home or on my break if I have to. Very easy to control, hold button down to turn on or off (top is heat and bottom is vibrate). The adjustable strap is amazing too, I like that I can walk around without a cord like with typical heating pads. I charged it right out of the box (after trying first of course lol) it probably took 45 minutes to fully charge! This product really helped my pain and discomfort and I’m so happy I got it and took a chance on it!

Easy set up, just charge and put on. Adjustable waist allows for the heating pad to fit snuggly. Has three different heat settings. The first is my favorite. The highest is very hot but not uncomfortable. It also vibrates so a soothing element. I love this for my time of the month or after work when I’ve been sitting for a while, I turn it around and use it on my lower back. It’s not very bulky and can be worn under clothes pretty easily or over a thin shirt. Fast charging with USB makes it great to travel with too! I love my purchase and have recommended it to several of my lady friends too!

10/10 recommend. Really great product! I just wish the battery life was longer. It heats really quickly, is comfortable and I love that it has multiple heat settings. It’s slightly bulky but is possible to hide under jeans or a large sweatshirt. Sometimes I worry I’ll accidentally press the vibration button and it will go off in my bag but so far that hasn’t happened haha. For anyone with bad cramps or endometriosis, this is a great product, it really helped in my recovery from surgery!

It work's good. But I think the first setting is just to hot sometimes. I add a extra piece of cloth. Value for money, I like pink color, is easy to use. It did gave me pain relief. Last about 2 hours on.

Love the heating part- it is so nice for some relief of cramps. The massaging function is just a vibration and I didn't personally think it did much other than make noise- maybe for others it would be nice, but not what I will use. I do like that you can use it out of the box- super easy controls.

He gives this heater to my wife and she was fascinated when she walks in her days she uses it and helps her not to feel so much pain in her belly she says it is very comfortable. It was an excellent gift for her, she loved it.

Has a good charge and can last awhile. I use this on my lower back as well. It does get hot HOT, so I typically use the middle heat temperature.

Works great, comfortable not at all bulky or heavy, the temperatures and vibrations are perfect, easy to use.
