Just as described, used it to re-lace a zero gravity chair that snapped a lace and was failing.

Black fiber covered elastic or "bungie" cord.I hope that it is somewhat resistant to the harsh effect of the sun when used outdoors. Time will tell!

The quality was as good as the original bunch cable.

It's a good size bundle but the strength is lacking. We bought to strengthen cat toys, doubled the string but broke within minutes.

Purchased for restringing American Girl dolls; it worked perfectly.
