Love this product
I use this product daily and it has been very helpful for my peri-menopause symptoms. It tastes great.

Good quality and easy to add to almost any beverage.
I take this every day as part of a healthier lifestyle. I know it's mentioned in lots of cleanses, but it really can be used every day. I add to water so it's easy to swallow. Good Quality and smells amazing. The bottle is pretty large as well so it's a good value. Have not noticed a difference in my sleep quality, but I already sleep well, lol.

Surprisingly tastes good
I picked this up because it's supposed to be good for a variety of things. I will say that two things stand out. First, I expected a tiny bottle but this is actually a lot larger than I expected. Second, it tastes good. I expected it to be bitter and kinda gross but it's kind of sweet. It is dark in color (don't get it on your clothes!) and easy to swallow. I can't verify that it will be good for you but at least for my needs, it feels like it's effective. Overall, I feel better and while I don't know for certain it's because of the Red Clover, I can't help but think it must be. I liked it enough I have it on my subscribe and save so I never run out.

I enjoy taking this supplement 3 times a day. It taste great!!! I refuse to take my doctors prescription that causes terrible side effects.

Good
I haven't used this much as I followed the directions on the bottle and didn't like the results at first. That was before I knew how to start taking tinctures properly. After I learned how and understood they have to put a recommended dose on their tinctures..the results were much better. If you aren't sure how to take tinctures..start with the tip of the dropper and work your way up. Your body will tell you if it's too much or too little after some time. Good product
