Body Warmers Bundle - Long-Lasting Heat Pads for Cold Weather Comfort

Took a little longer to warm up than the hot hands brand name ones, but they worked great and lasted a long time. Kept me warm when I lost power during an ice storm!

These are so great for keeping me warm while hiking or walking in all this snow and freezing cold weather.

Received a mailer bag full of body warmers this week. Just in time, snow in the forecast. These body size warmers measure out 4x5.5 in, so they are definitely a bit bigger than the hand warmers I usually get. The size is really nice to slide into a chest pocket of my jacket, keeps the warmer against my core. I've found that this helps keep my body warm, without the bulk of adding warmers to my gloves or boots, which can sometimes just feel like doing too much. I especially find this helpful when I am going skiing, and my ski boots are snug for performance. I had a friend say, "its like drinking a hot chocolate all day" in how it keeps you warm without being too hot or intrusive. He carries these ski touring and snowshoeing, and always has a few in his kit for emergencies. I tested one immediately upon receipt as I have seen some reviews say they don't heat up fast, but quite to the contrary, mine heated up to within 5 minutes, to a noticeable temp increase, and then to a full blast heat in about 15 mins. Definitely recommend these for your sideline time, or for keeping the chill away when outdoor activity requires clothing that is less bulky. These add a serious defense against the cold.

Interesting warmer. Works on neck etc, great for while you are driving too. Use on different areas.

I like to do night photography and learned a few years ago that the small hand warmers didn’t really help on cold nights. These Body Warmers are about twice as large as the hand warmers and work so much better — including for keeping hands warm (you can just fold it and get twice the warmth). The covering seems to be thicker than the last time I used the Hot Hands hand warmers. In the past, I’ve seen charcoal from the hand warmers leak out of the covering and turn my white parka pocket gray. I didn’t notice any charcoal leakage with these. These have no adhesive, so you need to put them in a pocket or someplace where they will not slip (never put them directly against your skin to avoid burns). Hot Hands also makes them with adhesive, so look closely at what you are buying if you would prefer the adhesive ones. The expiration for what I received was 07/2028. I used these for 11 hours straight last night and this morning, including in 22 degree F weather where my backpack was coated in frost and my breath blocked my headlight a lot! They are still very warm, so I can readily believe they can last up to 18 hours! If you are thinking about getting hand warmers, get these instead. They provide enough heat for really cold weather, and the hand warmers do not. Recommend.

Unlike the Hotties hand warmers, these body warmers are awful. They do not retain heat nor do they last very long. Don't waste your money. Buy the hand warmers in quantity and use them in every pocket. They last all day. Helped me get thru this winter.
