This screen was great for the price. I usually get my parts from fixeZ, but I took the chance with this. It arrived well packaged and looked good. The screen quality was similar to normal repair site screens. Installation required removing the existing camera/top pieces from the old screen to install them on this. That part can be a challenge if you're new. I had issues with the touch working, and I started to think the digitizer was bad - unplug and verify your ribbon cables are seated well. Reboot the phone. It worked well afterwards, but I had to mess with it for an extra hour or two afterwards. I am not an expert and have only done my personal phones and family ones.

I broke the screen of my iPhone 7 plus during my efforts on changing the battery. My dilemma was purchasing any locked iPhone on eBay, or just the screen. There are other sellers on the market for just single screens, but when I saw this seller, the good feedback from over 2000 people, the efforts that the seller did to keep their customers happy, and the video on how to install the screen, I decided to give them a chance. I am glad I did, their product is great, it showed in my door next day. I used other videos from you tube as well, just so I don't do mistakes to replace parts on my iPhone as I go through. I took my time and was going every step on the way after looking the videos on my computer. I would recommend a magnetic pad for anyone who works these kind of projects. I placed a screen protector after finishing the job. It took me 3 hours, and I am good with these kind of projects, just was taking my time to avoid any costly mistakes. The most difficult tasks were detaching the camera from the broken screen, since it was very fragile, and I had to work very gentle. Reinstalling the little screws in the metal plates was a challenge too. The screen is as good as the new one. Not sure how long will it be so, hope the quality of the screen will remain so in the future. So far I am very happy with the product and it's quality. The screen is working as it should and is sensitive to the touch of my finger. Thanks again.

This screens is terrible. It does what it wants to do, I guess that’s called glitching. My phone gets extremely hot. I seemed darker than usual. I had to take it back to the technician and get it removed and let them put a screen that they have on it.

Very easy, looks very nice now that I’ve installed it. I passed down my old phone to my daughter & had to replace the screen 2 weeks in I’ll definitely be purchasing more, I’ll definitely need it!

The screen worked perfectly! Fit was perfect! The packaging was great The only problem I had was the instruction video you can watch by scanning the code on the package! Instead of using the tools that come with the product so you can see how the tools work he is using professional tools not the ones that come with the screen! And he never shows how to remove the old gasket & install the new gasket! That took me a bit to figure out how to scrap the old gasket off then how to place the new gasket onto the phone! Then the plastic piece on the screen that the camera goes into he took the piece of the new screen and used the old one from the old screen! If that piece breaks when taking it off the old phone it would be nice to know how to remove it & install the new piece onto the parts you have to install onto the new screen! This is the reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5! The screen is a 5 star product but the instruction video is a 3 star instruction video!

I was worried when I opened the kit as cling screen protectors just fell off and the inside of the screen looked smudged and used. Had nothing to lose as I’m pretty much locked out of life without my personal phone, so I got to swapping…. Doesn’t fit perfectly flush, color is a bit off, and things look just a tad out of focus, but for $25 it’s pretty darn good. Touch response seems on par with OEM. Slap a case back on it and be happy the phone works again. The tool kit provided was adequate as well.

Clear display, easy to install, and brought my IPhone 11 Pro Max back to life. Great replacement screen!

I wish I didn't have to write on here, but Amazon make it impossible to contact them re the problems with this product. The only option I have is to choose REFUND which I can't do as the screen is already on my iphone. I wanted to contact the supplier to say that this product is very dull, not bright at all. It has a dull look to it and not like a geniune apple screen replacement at all. I was wondering whether it was a fault with the screen I was sent but was trying to give the supplier the option to talk with me, but seems I can't have such a chat on Amazon. The whole experience has been disappointing. I wish I didn't have to write on here.

Excellent product easy to install very helpful tools the only thing is the screen protector is not easy to install but in general can’t complain about the product

the touch response is a lot slower than the original and other screen replacements I’ve installed and the colour is very dull not very happy with that but overall it is working and is responsive just not what I was expecting if your looking for a cheap screen that will get you by it will work but if you’re looking for original quality I wouldn’t recommend it
