Love this!! It is NOT for long hair.....short to medium works best. Very easy to use... just take your time and use the hair guide. Also don't put too much hair in the barrel, it will lock up. Other than that, very happy with this purchase.

I have another automatic curler that works really well and I was looking for a travel size. This doesn't cut it. You can only fit tiny strands of hair, so it would take forever to curl. It was very fussy, too, compared to the bigger one I have. I took several tries to get the hair settled into the curler. It might work for someone with very little hair, but it didn't work for my shoulder length, medium body hair. Unfortunately, I missed Amazon's return window, so I'm stuck with it.

Creates beautiful curls easily, heats up quickly, Battery runs out after one use, so make sure to have it fully charged at all times... Overall I was very happy. Easy to learn to use. great value.

Charges way quicker for me than the other reviewers. Maybe 90min and it's fully charged. I get two uses out of it before I have to charge again, so not that big of a deal. I bought it for the small barrel size, not the cordless-ness, but it would be cool to be able to curl on the go sometime. Haven't needed to yet. Definitely takes some practice. Use small pieces of hair, and I have short hair and it seems like it may not be able to handle long hair. I wish there was a corded option, and the ability to switch curl direction like on some other models. But overall I like it!

I was way too optimistic about this tool expecting it to simplify my morning routine, but despite several attempts I finally gave up trying. It just didn’t grab my hair and then I burned my finger tip trying to finagle it. Maybe it works with very long hair but I can’t say. For anything shoulder length or less, stick with your basic curling iron. This just doesn’t work.

Curls really well. Simple to use, but battery dies too quick. Only half my head is done before the battery dies. Then it takes more than an hour to fully charge. You can't use it while it's charging and the charging cord is annoyingly short.

I've used other curlers, but they take too much time. The problem is getting use to a new device. I have short hair, below my ears, and this creates great curls, just don't use it the first time when you getting ready for work or going out, you will hate it. My biggest trouble was getting it to go in the direction I wanted. I swear I found that the hardest part of curling my hair and I did swear during the learning period. I had wanted a smaller barrel and this has been perfect. Just practice when you don't feel stressed for time, at least that's what I found was the easiest for me.

2.5 hour run time my butt. Half way through it died. Now I have to wait for it to fully charge again to finish. It works well but I will be returning it. If it doesn’t do my entire head in one go there is no point. PLUS you can’t use it plugged in.
