no it hasnt got a stand as appear on the picture . all its got is the support from the back of the mirror to make it stand. plus its very small

Do the dimensions 39 x 50cm relate to the actual mirror, or the surround please?

The measurements are for the whole surround. To be truthful I was dissapointed with the mirror as the surround is plastic and I found the same in a store near me for half the price.
