Delish! This almond flour is ground to perfection! Does not clump when mixing and bakes just like flour! I use this for cakes, cookies, pancakes and I even mix it in smoothies. Great value for being organic compared to others , a must try!

a really great almond flour, organic. been using this when no grain is wanted, plus chestnut and cassava combo.

Good flavor but very grainy. Not good for cakes, but muffins would be OK. I'll have to run it through the blender next time.
